The Coach Practice is always evolving and developing just like people do. We have a commitment to keep things fresh. We don't accept failure; we keep looking for other ways to do things. We like overturning the ‘stones' so we can see what's on the other side.
The Coach Practice doesn't hire coaches, even though there are a lot of really good ones out there. We don't even train up talented people and give them a bunch of manuals and send them forth to work with our clients. Each and every member of our team and Associates has to undergo extensive and rigorous internal training so that they understand our ethos, our flexible ways of working, and how we develop relationships with our clients. Only when they have achieved the standards we require will they build their own client portfolio and of course, manage and run their own programmes.
Our commitment to you, is that both our coaching and our courses aren't off the shelf; neither are we.
