Please ask how you can gain government funding for one manager to be performance coached! Up to £1000 per organisation is available if you meet the eligibility criteria of the Leaders First grant
The performance techniques and content of our coaching varies according to the needs of the individual and their preferred learning style, but are designed to make an impact on their performance and discourage dependency on the Coach. How it works:- An introductory session at which the issues and needs of the organisation are identified, followed by a three way conversation involving the Coachee
- An initial fact finding session with the Coachee lasting 60 – 90 minutes. At this session some two way contracting is also undertaken and either the Coach or the Coachee can decide not to progress any further with no financial obligation to the organisation
- Up to 3 further 60 – 90 minute sessions on a face to face basis at a location agreed with the User, to a time table appropriate to the goals to be achieved
- Unlimited email and telephone support for the User between sessions An evaluation of the performance impact
