Supervision of our Coaches & Quality
Few service providers would set their employees loose on the public without careful supervision. Yet many organisations fail to provide any supervision for the coaches who support and develop their current and future leaders. Coaching supervision refers to a structured process designed to help coaches reflect on their practice, in our case by an external practitioner with wide experience and specialist training on. We view it as essential to develop coaching capability and assure the quality of our work. Our coaches also see it as a valuable source of support in what can be a draining and isolated role, a we facilitate one hour minimum of supervision for every 35 hours they do on a one to one basis.
In order to maintain confidentiality we avoid using names and personal details when discussing cases.
