Identify the signs, symptoms, causes of, and possible personal responses to stress.

Recognise the physiological processes involved in the stress response.

Review causes of workplace pressure

Develop personal coping strategies for workplace stress

Identify the implications of workplace stress in members of the team

Develop an action plan for minimising stress caused by management style
